A contract is signed between Optimus Scope and the client. The client provides the requirements — What, When, Where, and at what cost the services are needed. (e.g., one 200-ton crane, two trucks, and one container needed in Germany to perform specific tasks at a set time)
Search and delivery
Within the agreed timeframe, Optimus Scope provides 3 approved supplier offers for each service. Price, payment terms, and possible additional conditions.
Decision-making
The client chooses who they want to work with. The contract is signed directly between the client and the suppliers.

| Construction worker search* | Candidate search, contact collection, experience and availability information for the client (e.g., drywall installers, painters, tilers, concrete workers, roofers). One-time fee – €150 per candidate / €400 for 3 candidates. |
| Project managers and specialists search* | Search for higher-qualified specialists (e.g., project managers, engineers), analysis of experience and availability. One-time fee – €300 per candidate / €1000 for 3 candidates. |
